Refund Policy
BRIJRAJSINH NITUBHA GOHIL believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Please read the details below:
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
- Perishable Items: Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement can be made if the customer proves that the quality of the delivered product was not satisfactory.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the merchant verifies the issue. If the product you receive is not as described on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service team will take an appropriate decision.
- Products with Manufacturer Warranty: For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.
- Refunds: In cases where a refund is approved by BRIJRAJSINH NITUBHA GOHIL, it may take 1–2 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the customer.
